From which web site do I generate a CSR for my SBS server

I am about to purchase a ssl certificate from Godaddy (30$) to replace the self-signed certificate used so far in our SBS server 2003.

1) From which website in IIS manager am I supposed to generate the CSR ? I presume it should be from "Default Web Site" ?

2) Once I install the certificate in Default Web Site, all web sites under will use it ? (Exchange, remote, connectcomputer, etc) and I should not receive a certificate error when trying to access it remotely (ex: http://mydomain.com/exchange,  or http://mydomain.com/remote)

3) What about other web sites on the same level as "Default Web Site", such as  companyweb, Microsoft Sharepoint Administration,  OfficeScan (TrendMicro), etc. ? Should I install the same certificate in them, or I need to get a different one, or leave them as is ?

4) Finally, when replacing the self-signed certificate, will that have any impact on my users connections on the Lan ?

Thanks.
