External storage - 10TB plus

We are looking for an external storage 10TB at least. Something affordable, durable (we recently setup a new WDC but a harddisk broke down after couple of days.), expandable and good review.

Anyone has any suggestion?

Thanks. I am checking out the information one by one.
cobman92, it looks like the mediasmart server only has 3 bays - 3 x 1.5TB = 4.5 TB. I need 10 or more TB.

HPMS servers have 4 bays as well as accept Esata and Usb connections to add to the stoage pool. supporting up to 17tb my configuration is 4 x 2tb plus 2 external 2tb drives plugged into it. Hope this helps
