Export Mailbox to PST over 20GB

I am in the process of exporting mail to PST files for the purpose of being ingested by our hosted e-mail archive provider.

I am using Exchange 2007 SP1 Management tools and using the Export-Mailbox powershell command.  However, once the mailbox hits 20 GB the export fails.  I had read somewhere that there was a theoretical size of up to 33TB (not that I'd ever get that far) but we do have a few mailboxes within our organization that range between 20GB - 70GB size.

Is there a specific command i need to issues to overried the "recommended" 20GB setting?

The hosted provider suggested splitting up the boxes in to 20GB chunks, but i don't know of a way to do this withough manually going into each mailbox and looking at the size of the folders and making a guestimate as to how much I can drop in from each without passing the 20GB mark.  Is there an easier way to split I 70GB mailbox into 4 sub-20GB mailboxes without doing it manually?
Take a close look at the mailboxes that are over 20GB, you may be able to sort the Inbox / Sent Items by size and get all the emails with large attachments grouped together, and you can export these manually.
