802.1x Configuration Problems

I have been working on my 802.1x infrastructure for a week. I am using Windows 2008 NAP role as a RADIUS Server. The configuration was provided by the wizard when the choice of "RADIUS server for 802.1X Wireless or Wired Connections" drop down is selected. I am using PEAP, the same server that I configured NAP on I configured as my CA (the only one in the company.)

I have a Cisco Wireless AP 1240 which i have basic configuration for naming the RADIUS server as... well... my RADIUS server. Open Authentication with EAP.

On my Wireless Client, I have installed the Certificate, using 802.1x with PEAP.

I have checked a thousand different sources so i decided to ask EE.  I know this is very little information on the full config, if you need parts to be more exact, ask me what i need to show you or explain.
