Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot find the hardware device. (Code 41)this is what the system manager gives me when i run the diagnostics

i used that link it saidit has the wrong media in to read so the hl-dt-st-rw/dvd gcc4320b is the wrong one

im sorry guys it has taken me so long to get back here but i have been without power since the 18th from a bad snow storm , i did finally get my puter fixed tho , i ran the sytem restore and reloaded xp all together and it fixxed the problem , but i don't know who to reward the points to i would like to give some to all of you for the great help , so i quess i will let the moderater decide who to awad the points too, i really don't know how and who to awad them too
