Does this ADSL connection is ok?

This is a newly-commissioned ADSL line, using Cisco 877 router. This is believed using PPPoE, with ppp user authentication done by the ISP contractor.

Upon connecting, I did a quick check from the router. I typed "sh dsl int atm0", and the result is shown in the attachment.

However, what surprise me is the "capacity used" shown 100% on the ATU-C (ISP site). Does this means connection may not stable? What else can I do?

This is using all the capacity of the line. If it were to use 50% you would just have half the bandwidth availiable.

This ADSL line is 10M. Does it means that I can use up to 10Mb for the bandwidth?

BTW, how to check what is the bandwidth usage at any time?
