IE6 I believe is not a support Internet Explorer on Windows 2008 server. The starting supported IE is IE 7.

You could try this:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1e1550cb-5e5d-48f5-b02b-20b602228de6&DisplayLang=en

not sure if it's the full version or just the service pack.
Not even sure it will install on 2008
