Does anyone know the addresses of the servers which provide the phishing filter information for IE7 and IE8? I'm just implementing a third-party web-hosted filtering solution and I now find that all browsers are reporting: "Phishing Filter cannot check this website because the Microsoft online service is temporarily unavailable". I want to create exceptions for the addresses of the servers which provide the phishing filter information.

Thank-you for your answer. Interesting point, but I'm not convinced that Microsoft's servers would necessarily be subject to a DDoS; well, no more than, say, McAfee's DAT servers. Still, there's no denying that the information isn't easily accessible.

The address turned out to be "urs.microsoft.com". Problem solved.
