Terminal Server Thin Client Disconnecting

Hello Everyone,

I have been dealing with this issue for quite some time now, and I am unable to figure out what is going on. Here is a little bit of background on the network:

SBS 2008 Standard 64 Bit  - SBS server, Exchange, DC, Sharepoint, file shares
Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise 32 Bit - Terminal Server
Wyse Winterm Thin Clients
3 Desktop PC's that RDP to the terminal server

Here is what is happening.

When the users arrive in the morning, they turn on the terminals. They have it figured out that when they turn on 7 of the terminals, the 8th one they turn on will disconnect. It does not automatically disconnect. All 8 can be turned on for about 10 minutes, then the screen will just freeze on 1 terminal, and it will disconnect them.

I have checked the servers for errors, and i am unable to find anything.
I have called Wyse to ask them if they have heard of this before - they said no.
I have called Microsoft, they recommended running a registry edit on the SBS box, this didnt work.

Any ideas?
