Error 35

I have been getting Event ID 35 LiveUpdate/Rapid Release stating that 'LiveUpdate was unable to complete successfully.  More information may be available in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Log.LiveUpdate.'  I have attached my liveupdate log. This error is consistent. How can I correct this?

The fails appear to be claiming that your update subscription has expired. Can you confirm it hasn't?

First of all it shows that new definition files are loading and that liveupdate does go out and capture new updates. I haven't received any pop ups stating that the update subscription has ended. I have gone through Symantec EndPoint Protection, Symanted EndPoint Protection Manager. Symantec Information Foundation Mail Security says the definitions is current and the SPA license status is Valid. Am I missing something here? The LiveUpdate/Rapid Release Status shows 12/15/2009 rev 31 and Virus Deifintions and Symantec Premium anti spam are valid til mid next year.
Hi,

please try to run liveupdate from Run-> luall.exe
Check what error it displays.
Also try  to reintall liveupdate and check if it works fine.
