NetApp ONTAP upgrade, upgrade advisor problem/question...

Hi!

I am planning for the first time upgrade Data Ontap (to 7.3.2) and was going through the motions with the upgrade advisor.
The upgrade advisor is giving me a message that I don't know how to get cleared.
The message is as follows:

" At least one shelf has a non-normal status according to the environment status command. This condition must be cleared before a shelf upgrade can occur."

Here is my environment status for the shelf:

As far as I can see there are no errors. Are there any other tests I should do to get some error message like "sysconfig -"?"" or something.

How do I reset the error messages if I find them, or how do I get the server to retry the test?

Sorry for all the questions but I'm not that good with NetApp yet....

ONTAP Upgrade Advisor is based on the latest AutoSupport that has been sent to NetApp. It might be the case, that the Environmental Issue existed before the AutoSupport was sent, and has been resolved now.

Create a new AutoSupport Message by running the following command:

options autosupport.doit test

A new AutoSupport will be sent to NetApp. Then recreate your Upgrade Advisor procedure.
