default sbs GPO files missing from sysvol

I have a single server that is the only DC on the network.  I don't have backups of the original GPOs when we first setup AD.  Is there a way to recreate the GPO files for the sysvol folder from the Group Policy Manager?  I found a link on EE someone had posted in a different question and had put in the default sbs GPOs.  I downloaded it, but the Unique IDs don't match with what I have already in Group Policy Manager.  How much damage can I cause by importing these into the Group Policy Manager and removing the old GPOs?

Group policy is applied at site, domain,ou & its effect is on user, group, computers.
If i have a gpo to block sceensave tab applied to OU,but the gpo is missing, that policy will not apply.
You will get few events in the application log like userenv.
There will not be any issue to import or export the setting from the group policy manager using GPMC tool.
For resetting default domain policy & default domain controller policy you can use dcgpofix tool & it can be downloaded. Its only for deafult domain & domain controller policies.
Note: It will wipe out any manual setting configured to deafult domain & domain controller policies.

The DC functions fine without the policies so I will leave it as is for now.
