Time Synchronization Frequency

We have a Windows 2003 AD. I have two questions about time synchronizatrion:

1. Domain controllers are configured to synchronize time with an NTP server. How can check the frequency of time synxhronization?
2. How frequently do the domain members (Window s 2003 servers and XP workstations) synchronize the time with the domain controllers?

1 Solution
The default for DCs is about 17 minutes (2^10 seconds), the default for domain members is about 9 hours (2^15 seconds).
It's defined by the MaxPollInterval value.
For manually syncing machines, SpecialPollInterval can be used to define a time in seconds. To enable this, the ntp server must be specified with ",0x1" at the end.
Details are here:
w32tim /config /manualpeerlist:some.ntp.server,0x1 /update
