Accessing portable device as a drive letter in Vista

I have a phone that comes up in Vista Computer as "Moto Q". I can browse to it in Explorer, modify files on the flash card, etc. I'd like to be able to access it via a sync program or the command line, but there's no drive letter associated with it.

Any way to do this?
