openldap and Windows 2003/2008 AD intergration

Hi, I am wondering if there is any simple implementation for intergrating openldap and Windows 2003/2008 directory service. My goal to to allow Linux user to logon to our terminal server and be able to access the NFS file system based on openldap authentication.
