Move to another partition Temporary Internet Files is possible?

Dear Experts

Windows XP Pro SP3 Spanish Version, IE8

Is possible to move the files of the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ to another partition?
I want to do this in order to mover to another partition and then delete all the files of this partion
I know there are programs like CCleaner but I do not want to use it

Is Faster to Relocate the "Temporary Internet Files" folder to a different drive if I click Start -> Settings-> Control Panel -> Internet Options - Settings -> Move Folder than the steps at http://www.winxptutor.com/movetif.htm, BUT is GOOD to know that whit commands like CONTROL INETCPL.CPL I will get the same result
