need books and information on server 2003/8

I need to learn as much as i can about the setup and operations of windows server 2008.
any and all help is welcomed.
i will accept book advice, website advice, video tutorial advice anything that will help me learn!!

P.S : could you offer me some input into the question. is windows server 2008 better than 2003?

Regarding the question: is windows server 2008 better than 2003.

Simple answer, yes if you don't have a lot of server 2003 experience.  If your server has 64-Bit support I would recommend installing Server 2008 R2 (only available in 64 bit).
