Problem with registering dll library in windows and should i register this library for

I have problem with registering dll library on my laptop. But another pc i can register, only my pc cannot register for this library.

The location of pwsActivex.dll : d:/windows/system32
cmd : regsvr32 pwsActivex.dll

i have installed framework 3.0 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1, The windows version also same with another pc that can register this library. but its still not working.

i got this problem since 2 weeks ago.

    we solved it ourself by installing 2 diff VC++ REdist packages.
