ospf lab exercise

Dear Expert,

I have access to some cisco lab and would like to get some lab sample exercise regarding OSPF routing. It will be good to have 3 to 6 routers on the setup.
Also would like to have like single area, multiple area, NBMA, etc. This will save me time creating my own lab exercise. If I can get more exercise pertaining to different setup would be sensational. Believe me I tried looking at the internet but only find very basic and not concise or clear.  Many thanks.

The best things that I can think of off the top of my head would be the Cisco CCNA and CCNP-BSCI Lab Manuals but I am assuming that you are looking for the free type.

Try these links:
