Photo Organization

I have a ton of photos and alot are duplicates.  Whats the best program that can organize sort out dups and tag my photos with unique names in a batch format.

    Picasa is my favourite photo management tool      

     It has a ton of cool features including the ability to organise collages, tag photos,create timelines, online albums and editing and special effects.

    You can also use this tool to manage you duplicates.   Pull down the Tools menu and select  Experimental =>  Show Duplicate Files
