Delete them if you are not experiencing anything unusual. Remember that there can be false positives as well as real threats. Not long ago we had spotify removed on all computers by McAfee Virusscan.<br />

I would not use as short time as 1 day if you are automatically cleaning since you might not notice that an application is not working until several days later when you are trying to run an application and it's missing files.<br />

I am running Mcafee Anti virus 8.7. In my C drive there is a folder called Quarantine &amp;&nbsp;into Quarantine folder there is lots of files with an extention .bup. Almost 500 around. Can I delete all those files? If I delete all those files would it be problem to run OS or any other programs? Even on Mcafee action it says to clean &amp;&nbsp;delete files if its infected. Why still file sore in Quanrantine folder with ext .bup files. Please check my attachment file for action option.<br />
