where  to place plugins in myeclipse

i am using myeclipse 7.0 ;i followed the below link to install the axis2 eclipse plugins.downloaded the below zip and unzip the folders and placed in this folder D:\Genuitec\Common\plugins;after restsrting the eclipse when i see File-New i didnt see Axis2 Wizards.

    axis2 eclipse plugins. is a third party plugin .i tried the abobe link its didnt work.
