How do I Hide Senders Email Address Exchange 2007 for Surgery Mailbox?

I have been asked if it is possible to set up a mailbox that users can send emails to but the recipiant doesnt know who it has come from but they are able to reply to the sender?

Its for HR, and its a confidential surgery email.

    A web form is the way to do this.

    You won't be able to successfully achieve this other than by web form, particularly as you are wanting the reply ability.
