How do I remove the front panel assembly on a Dell Dimension E521?

I believe I may have a faulty front panel assembly on a Dell Dimension E521.  My question is, how do I remove this part?  I only see one screw and it would appear that I have to take the entire front plastic bezel off yet I'm unable to see the other side of the PC as the side is pop riveted on.  I'm looking for ABC instructions and/or visual aid.

Most front panels have a few plastic tabs that hold them in place.  If you open up the computer and look inside of it towards the front, you should see them stick out a little bit.  Just push them away a tiny bit from the (usually) metal part of the case that they are pressing against.

Sorry, but I couldn't find a schematic that shows this specific model, but this general Dimension guide might be of use: http://www.ehow.com/how_5105725_remove-front-bezel-dell-dimension.html

Also, here's the online manual for that model...you might not need to remove the entire front panel to do what you need:
