Symantec ghost

I have a problem with my Symantec ghost I am trying to take a baseline image for my client computer. But when ghost server contact the client machine over the network it will shut it down and reboot the machine but while reboot I which get a error saying (The logon user interface DLL C:\program Files\Symantec\ghost\ginastub.dll failed to load Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL. Or restored the original DLL)

You must prepare another start cd for this computer. Because the system is difetent than the server.

No No I am using Symantec ghost counsel to access the computer that I want to back up I am not access form the dos with boot disc

I want to do incremental backup but I have to do a baseline image then I can do incremental backups

I install the ghost client program to the user computer after that I try to make a baseline backup for the machine in the process I see the computer restarting. While in the process in rebooting it give me a error saying that The logon user interface DLL C:\program Files\Symantec\ghost\ginastub.dll failed to load Contact your system administrator to replace the DLL. Or restored the original DLL) so I shut down the computer and try to reboot the machine but the machine his giving me problem like it keep on rebooting itself . so I reinstall the OS by using a image that I made for this computer But know the computer is giving me blue screen I check to see if I am using the right image but its the right one this my problem.

Well i dnot think there is no solution but i think there is a Conflict when i attempt make my incremental backup
