What is eating my Bandwidth ?

I have a firewall Fortigate 50B.
and 3 servers 2003 SQL/Exchange.

I have a problem with my internet. too sloww...
the graph is showing that all the bandwidth is taken...
how can I know if it is a virus/worm ? and what is the best way to proceed ?
I have around 40 PCs ... Please advice...

Fortigate firewall shows from which user(IP) the bandwidth is being used up, with this you can come to know about the system which is using the bandwidth
