Pasting into outlook from word loses format

hi all,
when a collegue pastes a table from a word 2003 doc into outlook 2003 it loses format. it doesnt show all the columns. however when i copy and paste the same table on my machine into my outlook it works perfectly. what is happening here?

In outlook 2003 goto tools >> Options >> Mail Format >> Message Format , from the drop down select Rich Text , then apply the changes & now paste the same thing from word it will work

no sorry i just tried it on my collegues machine and it didnt work. sorry..any other suggestions pls?

yep tried it.. no luck..cant for the life of me work this out.. its the same installation (i believe it came with sbs2k3) however it was installed on local machines before my time.
any other ideas experts??

When you Paste do you get that Paste Special button at the bottom right of the table?

Try changing some of those options...

its all resolved.. ive found a way around it. just paste it in, highlight it and then tab right..sorted..cheers all
