How do I assign a static IP address to a Plesk control panel version 9.2.3 using Windows Server 2003?

It says a static IP address should be configured in OS prior to Parallels Plesk Panel for Windows installation. Unfortunately,
Plesk is already installed so I need another way?

Can you uninstall Plesk and configure IP? I don't know if there is any other way.
