I'm not sure where to go with this error.  There is a fix from Microsoft avallable for the error but no patch for server 2008.  The KB is 946517.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Microsoft KB 946517 does say that the fix is available for IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0

Hotfix 946517 is listed as one of the hotfixes included in Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2.

I think that Microsoft have probably removed the individual download for this hotfix to encourage you to upgrade to Service Pack 2.

Have a look at the Excel spreadsheet list of hotfixes included in Service Pack 2 on the following website.

Hotfixes and Security Updates in Windows Server 2008 SP2 and Windows Vista SP2
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd335033(WS.10).aspx

Install Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 and it should solve your problem.
