outlook 2007 backup

I would like to find a way to automate copying the PST and other files of Outlook 2007 from a local computer to a network share.  Setting it up as batch file would work.

You could do that pretty easily. You talking about the like a archived email? C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook is the default location for the file. It could be as simple as a xcopy C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\ \\server\share.

The Microsoft utility works if you do not have any syncing software (ie sync to Google calendar) installed. However, it does work when you copy to a network volume if you are in Safe Mode with networking.
