Windows Script to FTP Folder contents and delete files upon successful transfer

I need a script that monitors a local windows directory and FTPs all .mov files that are in the directory.  Once a file has successfully been transferred to the FTP server the file needs to be deleted from the local directory.  If the file does not transfer successfully the transfer should be attempted again on the next pass.  The script could be executed on a time basis (Scheduler) or monitor the local directory for changes.

I think you are going to want to leverage some utility to do this, not brute force it in a script.  If you want to do some scripting but not get too dirty with the FTP part check out the following free tool.  NCFTPPUT could do a good bit of this for you.

If you really want to "monitor" and send changes to the server, then I'd suggest looking into a third party tool that supports those types of activities.  Here are a couple of suggestions.
