Adding default signature to every outlook client

I have EX 2003 and I want to add default signature to every outlook client.
By signature I mean text, not a digital signature, for example this email is blablabla

Is there a way to apply an EX policy for everyone?

Your best option is to use a third party tool.
If you just want a disclaimer, then check your AV or Antispam product, as it may well be able to do it for you.

If you want full signatures, then look at Exclaimer, Policy Patrol - there are others that can do the job.
There is nothing native in Exchange 2003 that can do the job for you.

If someone points you at the Microsoft "solution" then that isn't worth spending any time on. It does not apply the text to every form of message, making it close to useless.

I was asking for native tools.
Third party s/w is not really a solution
