where to find the shutdown\restart notes server 2003

I want to see the comment written when initializing a reboot to Server 2003.
Where do I find it?

    The Shutdown Event Tracker creates entries in the System event log.  Run eventvwr and select System in the left pane.  It can also be accessed through Computer Management.
