Hi
I want to see the comment written when initializing a reboot to Server 2003.
Where do I find it?

The Shutdown Event Tracker creates entries in the System event log.  Run eventvwr and select System in the left pane.  It can also be accessed through Computer Management.

Details on the feature can be found here:
http://www.tech-faq.com/the-shutdown-event-tracker.shtml

The information on why a system was shutdown is stored in the System Event Log, Event ID 1075 (see: http://windowsitpro.com/article/articleid/20786/what-is-the-shutdown-event-tracker.html)
