InfoPath and SQL 08 Security Settng

I have more issues with IP and SQL,
We want to make an employee appraisal form that the supers fill out and it submits to a SQL DB.
We also want them to be able to query their old forms from the last appraisal to compare. but we dont want one super to see another supers apparaisals. So is there a way to make certain fields (In SQL08) only accessiable to certain people.
Thanks

There are multiple layers where you can apply security. In the form or in the database at a record or field level.

I would recommend you investigate the webservice tools from Qdabra.com.  They do everything that you are looking for very easily.

Otherwise I would lean toward using AD integration and only allowing the form user to see their own forms.  This is easier than trying to dynamically secure data in SQL.
