Voice CME Router 2811

I am trying to setup a voice solution in my little office with 8 phones. I need some steps on how to install and run CME on my cisco 2811. Also will like to connect this to a CUE and run a call manager server. Please let me know if you can help. How possible is it to run this over a GRE tunnel.
