Hello, One of my users is having the 0x8004210B error on Outlook XP. The weird thing is that the mentioned error was experienced by the same user two months ago, but was solved with the SP2 for office XP as according to Microsoft that's the official solution. However, today the users is having the same problem again.

What could that be?

Post SP2 hotfix.  Also included in Offixe XP SP3

When trying to install the hotfix it says:

The expected version of the product was not found on your system.

Weird thing is that I just reset the password and the account is working again.
