One user gets this error message when trying to create a new appt in Outlook 2003.   I had her clear the forms cache (no luck) and saw this link from another EE post -;en-us;320835

Before I go any further, I want to see if there are other options out there.  We all access Outlook thru an RDP session, but she is the only one with this issue
