That shows how to do FTP, SMTP, and DNS. I am wanting to do HTTP, HTTPS, and Remote Desktop Proxy. How would I do it differently?

I'm assuming you want to forward port 80 to 433 and the RDP port to some other port? The instructions sent by TedInAK will work, you just have to setup the NATting policies for the specific ports you want to NAT to.

It's found under Network -> NAT policies. The specifics will have to be setup on your end.

I used the public server wizard to point to the server that I have setup but I still cannot access the server from outside.
