Error savings a new item in the My Documents folder with Microsoft Office

I am having a problem when users are attempting to save any documents in their "My Documents" folder. I have folder redirection enabled. I have checked the share permission and security for the location of the redirected folder and the permission are set to full control. However users are not able to create any new documents. they can save an existing document though. When attempting to save a document in the folder i recieve the following error "\\<SERVER>\<LOCATION>\<USER>\My Documents\File.docx' cannot be found. Check you spelling, or try a different path.

This error only occurs when trying to save documents in Microsoft Office 2007. I was able to have a user copy an office document into their my documents through windows explorer.

I need to get this fixed asap. Thanks.

Effective permission show the user has access to create/read/write and new files. Hense the user is able to create a new file using windows explorer.

This problem is effecting all users on all computers, so unless you are refering to me rebooting the server i dont believe this would be a temporary issue.

Again.. i believe this problem may be isolated to microsoft office 2007
