Cannot print sent emails with attachments in Outlook Express

Clicked print and just do nothing. No print queue, nothing.

If the sent email has no attachment, prints fine.

Thank you

May i know error message that come up? Is your OE (Outlook Express) has been connected with the printer? if not, install the printer driver first and do the print test.

No error message, when you print an email with an attachment Outlook does just nothing. If you print an email with attachment it will be printed fine.

    Accepted Solution

I had a corrupted "Sent folder" file.

I had to delete the "sent folder" file (and lost it), and when you open Outlook Express again it will recreate a new and empy "Sent folder" file.
