windows server 2008 ports

using curports.exe
noticing connections to port 1433 that i dont know
in 'time wait' state

i could see their urls
now i restarted windows server 2008
can not see any of their urls
just their ip address

how to ban ip address

    You can block specific IP addresses using the built-in Windows Firewall.  Create a new rule for port TCP 1433 as a block operation.  After the rule is created edit the properties of the rule and change the scope by specifying the remote IP address(es) to block.
