Urgent!!!--"The report was not exported. The selected export format may be disabled on the server."
I tried exporting a crystal report to an Excel file from a web-based (using some classic ASP pages) application and I kept getting a message says "The report was not exported. The selected export format may be disabled on the server."
Currently, we are at the middle of migrating all reports from crystal reports 8.0 to crystal reports 10.0. Exporting to RTF, Word and crystal report viewer is working fine except exporting to Excel. Additionally; I dont have any problem on viewing any amount of data on the report.
I've tried everything I found on the web including:
- installing Crystal reports .Net 1.1 hot fix
- registering all the necessary dlls including Exportmodeller.dll and crtslv.dll
- Giving all the appropriate permission to access crystal report DLLs.
Please help!

YES. the excel export dll (i.e crxf_xls.dll) is already included when i installed CR 10. i checked that and it is included.
Are you using the merge modules to build the installation package or trying to build it based on files you select?
