you might use Carbide.vs, but it was for VS2003 mainly.

the 'official' way for development in C++ for Symbian is to use Carbide.c++ - download it from forum.nokia.com

alternatively, you might use cf.net with Net60 - www.redfivelabs.com - and run compact framework apps on S60

well, you might continue having such a wish :)

what you could do (but that's not really helps you) is to use VS as an editor and configure it to compile and link. after all it is just calling command line tools. try Carbide.vs anyway, it might just work for you in VS2008.
