Seeing 2 files on Disc in Ghost 11.5

Not necessarily a problem, but more of a curiosity.
I am trying out Ghost in lieu of purchase (v11.5). I have an image file on a DVD, and when I am in Ghost I see 2 files with the exact same name but different file sizes.  On my PC, I see only 1 file on the DVD, and that is all I burned to it.

Is there some idea as to why this is happening? Again, not indicative of some issue that (at this time) prevents me from working. The file is around 4.3gb, and the previous image was 3.9gb.  Could it be related to displaying a large file?

Just a guess, The file system being used by the DVD is FAT32 with a default file size limit 4GB minus 1 byte. So there are actually 2 physical files on the DVD, which you are seeing at present.

You PC maybe displaying the file as a single entity to make you feel that the file you copied to the DVD is safe, since it might be using NTFS as the file system.

DVDs are never formatted as FAT, and are almost always formatted in UDF (Universal Disk Format). UDF has a file size limit of 16EiB (Exbibytes), about 245,000,000 times the size of a single-layer DVD-R.

Did you make two image backups on two different DVDs? Perhaps Ghost is listing the previous disc's contents in addition to the current disc's.

Too late to comment, but thanks for the input marsilies. I am always learning something new at EE. I simply don't like it when the Author of the question does not come back.
