Crystal Reports report selection formula

I have a crystal report that prints invoice details for a date range.  I would like to exclude items that belong to a couple of specific categories and have a selling price over $20.  I want all other items in other categories to display regardless of price.
I tried to add the following in the report selection formula, but it doesn't work.
{SALES_HISTORY_HEADER.IN_DATE} in {?BV99DT09StartDate} to {?BV99DT10EndDate} and
if {INVE_WB_MAIN.TrackCat} in ["Bluetooth","Wireless Acc."] then
    {SALES_HISTORY_DETAIL.BVSELLUOM}<20)
Help please!

Try this

{SALES_HISTORY_HEADER.IN_DATE} in {?BV99DT09StartDate} to {?BV99DT10EndDate}
 and
NOT
(
{INVE_WB_MAIN.TrackCat} in ["Bluetooth","Wireless Acc."]
AND
{SALES_HISTORY_DETAIL.BVSELLUOM} > 20
)
