How Do I Make a Login Script For a Mac

I have a group of Macs that I would like to put on my Windows 2008 Server domain.  I actually joined a few, but would like to have scripts run that will map a share on the server to their machine - similar to the way a normal desktop PC.

Also, after joining the Macs to the domain I noticed there was no change in the security rules.  I guess I am want to know how to make the make behave more like a PC while on a network.  I want login scripts, the ability to log any user from domain and an individual profile me made for each, and the ability to use the Domain Admin account to logon to any Mac and have access to all files on macihne
