Multiple JasperServer in one Tomcat

We are using jasperreports for reporting in our ERP application built on Oracle APEX. Jasperserver uses Tomcat and mysql.
We would like to install multiple instances of Jasperserver within one tomcat. Is it possible? If yes how?
Please remember we dont have java background so please explain step by step.

I don't think there's an easy way to have multiple JasperServers within one Tomcat instance.

So, to get different JasperServers, I think you would have to run multiple instances of Tomcat.  You would need to do a lot of configuration work with JasperServer and Tomcat (and possibly MySQL -- you'll only have 1 instance of MySQL, but you'll need to set up different databases, I imagine).

The kicker is that you say you are not very experienced.  There isn't documentation online for what you want to do.  You can try asking on the JasperServer forum to see if one of the developers will help you.

If you were experienced with this environment, then you might be able to rewrite some of the configuration code in JasperServer itself to have separate wars which you could install in Tomcat.  You need to get an experienced Java and Tomcat programmer to help you with that.

I didn't realize you were asking, I thought you were stating.  Yes, if you have multiple instances of Tomcat running, you have more load on the server.
