Provided that you have the right equipment to hook up the controller, this should get you up and running:

PC Gamepad Input in XNA

this is a reciever right? so we still need to have the wireless xbox controller?
besides I have realize that there is Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows also in your links, so does xbox has its own controller that can be used in windows and testing xna games?

Just buy a wired controller rather than a wireless one and plug it into your USB port and you'll be good to go =)

Ah sorry - I just assumed it was Xbox 360 you were talking about. Xbox 360 pads work fine, but I think you have to buy an adapter for the original xbox pads to work on a PC.

The connection was different on the console, as I remember you unplug that safety section at the end of the pad cable which plugs in to the console and replace it with a section that plugs in to a USB port instead. I'm not sure about the availability of those converters any more though.

Try some of these for more information:

Can't this site here at the minute, but it might help:
http://everything2.com/title/How+to+use+an+XBox+pad+with+your+PC

An adapter - might be the sort of item you need for an original xbox pad:

Or if you're feeling brave, this is how to modify your pad yourself:
