i have to crate a software which will work on GSM / CDMA
call detail records, however i dont know what is the
standard strucure of GSM / CDMA call detail records,

is there any way i can obtain a standar GSM / CDMA call detail
records ?

Call records for any cellular network is going to be specific to the company that provides the cell service. There isn't a "standard" for call detail records. Unless I'm not following what you are talking about.

For example, we use AT&T and their call call records will be different from Verizons, and if you request call logs from the billing dept, the logs will look completely different even from the same company depending on what information you ask for.
