Expand a vmdk in virtual server 2

Hi folks, i am trying to expand the hard drive of one of my virtual machines , i can find my .vmdk , and I can find my vmware-vdiskmanager , but I think i'm getting something wrong in the syntax im using in command prompt , can someone please help me ?? you can see the syntax i'm using below....

The virtual hdd i want to work on is in the folder below:

F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01

and the vmware disk manager is located here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe

these are my attempts .....

C:\Users\Ross Griffin.RALONUK0001>"F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01>"C:\Program Files
(x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

C:\Users\Ross Griffin.RALONUK0001>F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01>"C:\Program Files (
x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk
'F:\Virtual' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Users\Ross Griffin.RALONUK0001>"F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01>C:\Program Files (
x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

C:\Users\Ross Griffin.RALONUK0001>"F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01>"C:\Program Files
(x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

MinoDCConnect With a Mentor Commented:
you need to close the quotes here:

"C:\Program Files
(x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe" -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk

not here:

"C:\Program Files
(x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk"

Try this:
Open the Promtp and digit:

cd "F:\Virtual Machines\RAVS01"   (enter)
f: (enter)
"C:\Program Files
(x86)\vmware\vmware server\vmware-vdiskmanager.exe" -x 40GB RAVS01.vmdk

p.s.:The difference is that you did not close the quotes
